menus...
*I went ahead and did this today because I needed to go to the grocery store!! So, I posted it ahead of time. It feels good to already have this taken care of instead of rushing around after I get home from church and then running back to the store when I really should be relaxing on Sunday! :)
Monday: Creamy Crock pot Chicken w/whole grain pasta or brown rice & salad
Tuesday: Baked Salmon cakes, baked asparagus, salad
Wednesday: Slow cooker chili chicken tacos, homemade refried beans, guacamole & pico de gallo
Thursday: Grilled Chicken Breasts, grilled veggies in foil packets
Friday: Crockpot Jambalaya, cornbread
Saturday & Sunday: open because my hubby likes to cook!
dessert: cheesecake
Breakfast:
whole wheat pancakes & french toast w/peanut butter & honey
bananas & milk
smoothies w/strawberries, bananas, homemade yogurt, honey & flax seed
breakfast burritos (make double batch and freeze for hubby's breakfast throughout the week)
pancakes, french toast & burritos from the freezer
*recipes will be posted throughout the week; be sure to check back!! :)
