menus this week....

*update: I will post some of the recipes later this evening (Wednesday) & more on Thursday. Thanks for checking back!! :) Many, Many thanks to Michelle & Chris for their help in my menu planning emergency! :)

Monday: leftover Chili Chicken tacos, corn, salad (these are SO yummy!!)

Tuesday: Red Beans & Rice with smoked sausage (another really good meal)

Wednesday: Mini Cheddar Meatloaves (we changed this up a bit; I will try to post my revisions tomorrow(Thursday), mashed potatoes, broccoli & cauliflower(thanks, Michelle!)

Thursday: Baked Chicken w/Herbs, twice baked potatoes, steamed cabbage (thanks, Chris!)

Friday: tuna casserole, salad

Saturday: Baked Potato Soup, salad & french bread

Sunday: Emeril Lagasse's Stewed chicken & sausage, Homemade carrot cake with cream cheese
frosting


*And, the recipes that I have listed will be posted throughout the week. Check back. I just don't have the time to get to it today! I promise I will get it done this week!

Also, please pray for my Uncle Edwin! He has cancer and we just found out they are giving him a week to 3 weeks to live. I am just having a really hard time right now but trying to focus on my uncle and what he needs. Please pray.

You might try crockpot roast sticky chicken- serve with rice and beans and a salad

I'm praying for your uncle. Sorry to hear that. Oh, and I suggest you purchase some Reynold's oven bags to cook your chicken in the oven. The box has some recipes insides. And one of my favorite recipe websites is www.allrecipes.com Hope this helps!!
