Today, so far, I have consumed...
*a bowl of Kashi Go Lean cereal w/1% milk (good intentions, people, good intentions)
*a donut stick (little debbie)
*a sandwich LOADED with salami, German bologna, Amish swiss cheese, pepperoncini peppers, green & black olives, miracle whip, vinegar & oil & some Lay's vinegar & oil chips.
*3 M & M cookies (why 3????!!!!)
*a NY strip steak (about 6 oz) a baked potato w/ the works, salad, strawberries & cream & angel food cake,
*2 glasses of sweet tea (made with Splenda)
*4 LARGE glasses of ice water
SOMEONE STOP ME!!!! What is with all of the junk today and yesterday???
yesterday, I had mashed potatoes for lunch with ham. For supper we had hash (which is ham, potatoes & onions) WAY too many potatoes in one day!! And, I ate junk yesterday... the kids animal crackers & a Dr. Pepper.
I hate emotional eating. HATE it. Maybe you can relate to the verbal correction I am giving myself today. I DEFINITELY need to do some walking later. Like maybe 5 or 6 miles worth. But, I doubt I will get too.. We are supposed to have a little mini date night tonight. :)
Well, there's always tomorrow!! :)
